YouTube Channel Manager + Thumbnail Expert (Content & Growth)

We’re looking for a highly creative YouTube Channel Manager who understands content, virality, thumbnails, hooks, Shorts/Reels editing strategy, and YouTube growth.

This is not a “just upload videos” role.

You should deeply understand audience psychology, retention, CTR, and internet culture.

Responsibilities

• Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails
• Manage and grow YouTube channels
• Cut viral Shorts/Reels from podcasts & long-form content
• Write strong hooks, titles & captions
• Coordinate with video editors & ensure fast execution
• Generate creative content ideas regularly
• Handle YouTube SEO, keywords & optimization
• Use AI tools to generate footage, visuals & creative assets
• Understand trends, memes & viral storytelling formats

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of YouTube algorithm & retention
• Thumbnail design sense (Photoshop/Canva/Figma)
• Basic editing understanding for Shorts/Reels
• Strong English communication
• Creative mindset with fast execution
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, etc. is a plus

Bonus If:

• You actively watch creators like MrBeast, Iman Gadzhi, Alex Hormozi, Nikhil Kamath podcasts, etc.
• You understand internet storytelling & viral pacing
• You’ve previously worked with creators, podcasts or brands
