Auto Import<p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;line-height:115%;" lang="EN-GB"><strong>Vice President – Marketing</strong></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;line-height:115%;"><strong> </strong></span></p><p><i><span lang="EN-GB">Treasury & Global Markets (TGM)</span> </i></p><p><strong><u>Job Purpose </u></strong></p><ul><li>The Vice President – Marketing leads the planning, orchestration, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for Treasury & Global Markets (TGM) across Retail, Corporate, and Institutional segments.</li><li>The role is centered on campaign planning and execution, cross-segment coordination, elevating Treasury & Global Markets profile through differentiating thought leadership, high-impact content, and driving client engagement initiatives - including events and strategic activations.</li><li>Operating within a matrix environment, the incumbent partners closely with senior leadership across Treasury, Retail, and Corporate Banking to shape strategy, positioning, execution standards, visibility, and commercial impact - and ensure disciplined delivery against those priorities. </li><li><p>This is a high-visibility mandate requiring strategic maturity, stakeholder confidence, and strong execution discipline.</p><p> </p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Key Result Areas </u></strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities: </u></strong></p><p><i><strong>Campaign Planning & Orchestration</strong></i></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end campaign planning and delivery across Retail, Corporate, and Institutional client segments.</li><li>Orchestrate execution across Retail and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging, positioning, and timing.</li><li>Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives with clarity, pace, and accountability.</li><li>Work with the data analytics team to define target segment groups and monitor campaign performance.<span> </span></li><li>Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for all campaigns.</li></ul><p><i><strong>Thought Leadership & Profile Elevation</strong></i></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a structured thought leadership agenda to elevate the external profile of Treasury & Global Markets.</li><li>Partner with senior business leaders to define strategic narratives and market positioning.</li><li>Manage content partners, agencies, and internal subject matter experts to produce high-quality insights, social media content, EDMs, whitepapers, and client-facing materials.</li><li>Ensure consistent amplification across owned and earned channels.</li><li>Establish with the wider marketing teams the product assets, sales enablement tools, pitch decks, white papers, blogs, case studies, social media, and website content.<span> </span></li></ul><p><i><strong>Client Engagement & Events</strong></i></p><ul><li>Design and support strategic client engagement initiatives, including events and targeted activations.</li><li>Align marketing initiatives with business priorities to strengthen client relationships and market presence.</li><li>Ensure event platforms are integrated into broader campaign and content strategies.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships </u></strong></p><p><i><strong>Stakeholder & Matrix Leadership</strong></i></p><ul><li>Operate effectively within a complex matrix organization. Align and influence stakeholders across Treasury, Retail, Corporate Banking, and Group functions.</li><li>Act as the central marketing integrator for cross-segment initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrate executive presence and the ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence.</li></ul><p><i><strong>Performance & Governance</strong></i></p><ul><li>Own marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability.</li><li>Establish reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize impact.</li></ul><p><i><strong>Operating Environment</strong></i></p><ul><li>High exposure to senior leadership and strategic business priorities.</li><li>Matrixed, performance-driven environment requiring strong stakeholder management.</li><li>Fast-paced setting demanding agility, structure, and commercial focus.</li></ul><p><i><strong>Problem-Solving </strong></i></p><ul><li>Strong ability to gather input and drive execution from various cross-functional teams. </li><li>Ability to balance work approach in a complex and fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to identify a problem, challenge the status quo, ideate on a solution and drive execution. </li></ul><p><i><strong>Decision-Making Authority & Responsibility </strong></i></p><ul><li>Builds and manages the TGM marketing budget, tracks spending and ROI.<span> </span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills and Experience </u></strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within banking or financial services.</li><li>Strong track record in integrated campaign planning and cross-segment orchestration.</li><li>Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in thought leadership development, content strategy, and partner management.</li><li>Experience in client engagement activities and event-driven marketing.</li><li>Commercially driven with clear performance accountability.</li><li>Strategic maturity and executive presence, with a clear understanding of execution standards and what strong delivery looks like.</li><li>Ability to manage complexity, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities with confidence and discipline.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft impactful campaign messaging. </li><li>Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently and as part of a team.<span> </span></li></ul>
