You will help manage engineering capacity, coordinate work across multiple stakeholders, and drive execution of compliance and operational initiatives.</p><p>As the first Engineering Program Manager in the organization, you will have the opportunity to establish lightweight processes that support a highly autonomous engineering culture without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. You will work closely with engineering leadership, security teams, and customer-facing functions to ensure priorities are aligned and critical initiatives are executed effectively.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys creating structure in ambiguous situations, and can balance strategic coordination with hands-on program execution.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Expectations - the experience you need</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.</li><li>Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering teams and business stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience establishing processes and operational frameworks in fast-paced or growing environments.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands simultaneously.</li><li>Experience supporting engineering organizations and technical teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical groups.</li><li>Comfortable operating with ambiguity and high levels of autonomy.</li><li>Sufficient technical literacy to engage in conversations with engineers and technical leadership.</li><li>Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance and security programs.</li><li>Experience supporting audit readiness, control implementation, or compliance operations.</li><li>Startup or high-growth company experience.</li><li>Experience working with enterprise customers.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.</li><li>Experience in engineering operations or technical operations functions.</li><li>Experience coordinating customer-facing engineering or implementation teams.</li></ul><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate engineering initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Manage engineering capacity planning and workload visibility.</li><li>Partner with customer-facing and business teams to anticipate upcoming work and resource needs.</li><li>Facilitate prioritization discussions and help resolve competing demands.</li><li>Support implementation and operational execution of compliance initiatives.</li><li>Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and program progress.</li><li>Establish lightweight processes that improve visibility and execution without creating unnecessary overhead.</li><li>Coordinate communication between engineering leadership, security teams, and business stakeholders.</li><li>Help manage incoming requests, operational priorities, and program backlogs.</li><li>Drive accountability and follow-through across key strategic initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Our Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Educational resources</li><li>Flexible schedule and Work From Anywhere</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Supportive and chill atmosphere</li></ul></div></section>
