We empower people to drive results through clear ownership and metrics.</li> </ul></div><h2><strong>Role Overview</strong></h2> <p>We're looking for a Targeted Recruiting Specialist to own the contributor acquisition funnel — from sourcing the right technical profiles to getting them through onboarding and onto their first completed task. This is an operational role at its core: you'll build and run the systems, channels, and processes that let us recruit at scale, reliably and quickly.</p> <p>The right person is execution-oriented, thinks in funnels, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You won't just manage job postings — you'll own the full pipeline infrastructure, diagnose conversion problems, manage external sourcing partners, and make sure the right candidates get to the right projects with minimal friction.</p> <p>This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.
