Job Role: Student Onboarding Specialist

Experience Required: 3-8 years of experience (preferred: Teaching, onboarding, student counselling or customer engagement experience)

Job Module: Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact and welcome new students, ensuring a smooth, positive start to their journey with us.
  • Conduct a complete walkthrough of the learning module, highlighting key features and the steps they’ll follow through their journey.
  • Conduct visualisation sessions to deepen clarity, motivation, and commitment
  • Understand student goals, learning preferences, and expectations to personalize the onboarding journey
  • Conduct 7-day progress review and feedback sessions to ensure retention, clarity, and motivation
  • Engage students through impactful conversations that build trust and emotional connection
  • Maintain onboarding reports, follow-ups, and track student engagement patterns
Skills and Attributes:
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in Onboarding, Counselling, Teaching or related roles.
  • Excellent command over communication and presentation
  • Strong ability to lead conversations and keep the audience engaged
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • High emotional intelligence to make students feel valued, supported, and motivated
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a student-first approach
