Sr. ERP Project Manager (Temporary 6 months)

<p><span>The Project Manager is responsible for simultaneously directing the efforts of multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve clearly defined results within the triple constraints of time, budget and specifications for medium and high-complexity projects.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· 7-15 years of Project Management experience, with some technical experience.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Ability to be proactive and clearly communicate with coworkers across various functional areas within the company.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Experience in implementing ERP systems.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Experience planning for and working with business partners to extract needed data.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· 10+ years of project management experience, including IT or related business experience.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· 10+ years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Have completed at least 3 ERP integrations - entire lifecycle.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Must have some acquisition experience/exposure.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Comprehensive knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies and experience applying these methods to manage successful projects.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Analytical skills are required to effectively manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control and reporting.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Strong oral and written communication skills and experience leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Strong negotiation and influencing skills.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Working with business partners to troubleshoot and refine data extracts to prepare them for loads.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Work with business partners and IT to plan and execute mock data loads into test environment.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Work with business partners and IT to plan and execute data loads into production environment.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Responsible for oversight/management of integration of ERP systems.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Tracking, analyzing, helping to resolve issues.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Communicating with management on any issues/delays that may impact go live.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Strong project management experience who is a quick learner and ability to execute and deliver.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Very proactive in knowing upcoming tasks and able to guide and manage functional teams to complete tasks on time.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Responsible for managing 2-3 ERP's simultaneously.</span></p>
