As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.What You Will Do:You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff.</li><li>Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct.</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site.</li><li>Monitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes.</li></ul>Your Profile:You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)</li></ul> Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
