Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance

Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and licenses

Create and maintain custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, and process automations

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decisions

Provide ongoing user support and training across departments

Assist with system updates, upgrades, and release management

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions

Monitor system usage and troubleshoot issues as needed

Salesforce Admin Certification (required)

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience

Solid knowledge of standard and custom Salesforce objects

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with data imports, exports, and manipulation

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
