We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with over 6 years of experience. You will manage, configure, and optimise our enterprise Salesforce environment. This position focuses heavily on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. This is a 100% remote role and requires active PD1 and PD2 certifications to support advanced automation and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Automation
Build and maintain advanced automated workflows using Salesforce Flows.
Manage system configuration including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
Configure Sales and Service Cloud features like Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Lead Routing.
User Management & Security
Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Enforce security best practices and conduct regular data access audits.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to global users.
Data & Analytics
Maintain data integrity through deduplication, cleansing, and validation tools.
Create and customise complex reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders.
Assist in data migration and bulk data loading processes.
