frameworks, and best practices;</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Identify gaps in: discovery and needs analysis, objection handling, communication clarity and tone, closing techniques, follow-up quality;</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Provide structured, actionable feedback to individual sales reps;</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Work closely with leadership to: Improve sales scripts and processes, refine messaging and positioning, and identify trends and recurring performance
