All of our roles are full-time and 100% remote, cutting out the daily commute, and providing top-rated talent with the best job opportunities, all from the comfort of their home.</p><p><strong>In your day-to-day, you will</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify and prospect new corporate catering opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach and other sales channels.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo or similar platforms.</p></li><li><p>Develop personalised outreach that feels authentic and relationship-driven rather than generic.</p></li><li><p>Respond promptly to inbound catering enquiries and convert them into catering bookings.</p></li><li><p>Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to post-order follow-up.</p></li><li><p>Build strong, long-term relationships with office managers, executive assistants, personal assistants and workplace coordinators.</p></li><li><p>Proactively check in with existing customers to encourage repeat business and strengthen customer loyalty.</p></li><li><p>Follow up after each catering order to gather feedback and ensure an outstanding customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Handle customer enquiries relating to catering options, dietary requirements, allergies, invoices and general information.</p></li><li><p>Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions for delivery or order-related issues.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate customer records, notes and activity within the CRM.</p></li><li><p>Segment customers and develop ongoing engagement strategies for high-value accounts.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with your manager to refine outreach messaging, sales strategies and customer engagement processes.</p></li><li><p>Use AI tools to improve productivity while ensuring all customer communication remains personalised and high quality.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills you have</strong></p><ul><li><p>At least 5 years of solid experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, inbound and outbound sales or a similar client-facing role.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing the full customer lifecycle from prospecting through to after-sales support.</p></li><li><p>Experience building prospect lists through online research and LinkedIn.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to write highly personalised customer emails rather than generic sales templates.</p></li><li><p>Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.</p></li><li><p>Confident handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.</p></li><li><p>Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with LinkedIn Premium, Apollo, MailSuite or similar prospecting tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience using Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Superhuman Mail and modern workplace collaboration tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining personalised communication.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills that will make you stand out</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience selling into corporate or B2B environments.</p></li><li><p>Experience within hospitality, food service, catering or events.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing customer retention or loyalty initiatives.</p></li><li><p>A proactive, ownership mindset with the confidence to improve processes and build strong customer relationships.</p></li><li><p>High emotional intelligence, empathy and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.</p></li></ul><p><strong>You'll be entitled to</strong></p><ul><li><p>Great opportunities for career growth</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to work in an amazing environment</p></li></ul>
