The Senior Associate in Dasher & Logistics Strategy & Operations will focus on improving Dasher supply and hours by analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build analysis to create data-driven decisions to improve the experience for our Users
- Operate at the lowest level of detail to become an expert of this problem space
- Learn how to develop strategies and act on them
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive impact for DoorDash
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset
- Ability to crunch data in SQL/excel independently
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Focus on getting stuff done and aren't afraid to get into the details
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the dynamic nature of operations which may require working weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
