Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate complex virtual calendars and scheduling for multiple stakeholders. Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, webinars, and online events, ensuring all technical aspects are covered. Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Process and track expense reports and invoices in a timely manner. Maintain and organize digital filing systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, responding professionally and efficiently. Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives. Assist with onboarding new remote employees by providing necessary administrative information and resources. Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a remote environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack) and MS Office Suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be a self-starter. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Discretion in handling confidential information. A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connectivity is required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
