Additional responsibilities include appraisal billing, payment processing and refunds, ordering appraisal services from the agencies, coordinating VA appraisal orders within the VA portal, and multiple other tasks that do not reside within other department roles.<ul><li>Billing, Invoicing, and Accounts Payable inquiries</li><li>Various Responsibilities- Order CDAs, disaster inspections, SSRs, upload manual reports, notarize documents, coordinate delivery of all VA appraisal orders to the customer, amongst other department functions.</li><li>Coordinate Contract MI orders, approvals, and QC audits.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3-5 years’ experience with Appraisal Procurement</li><li>Knowledge of mortgage operations, VA & residential appraisal management, customer service, pipeline management</li><li>High School Degree or equivalent</li><li>Advanced Computer Skills</li></ul>Benefits:Medical Insurance • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Accidental death and dismemberment • Short-term and long-term Disability Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount • Critical Illness Insurance • Accident Insurance • Transportation and Commuting Benefits • Banking Benefits • Pet InsuranceCompensation:The estimated hourly range for this role is $20.19 - $26.44, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
