This role is open to candidates based remotely anywhere in the US. Preferred candidate to be located in the Houston or Dallas, TX metro area. objectives for new business implementations</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures and guidelines</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Ensure availability of financial, material and human resources required to complete a project successfully</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Evaluate progress to detect limitations or faults to seek solutions to a more efficient process</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Develop internal/external communication strategies useful in ensuring communication between various departments of the organization and clients</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Use specialized tools and techniques to delegate and ensure even distribution of tasks to project team members</li> <li rail and air as required for the role and pursuant to Company travel and expense requirements.</li> </ul> What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you’ll need: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent related work or military experience</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">1 year of experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Lean or Six Sigma experience</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Project management experience</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li>
