We manage hundreds of apartments and continuously source furniture, appliances, hospitality supplies, maintenance materials, branded products, and operational equipment for our growing portfolio.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Vendor Relations Specialist to help us optimize purchasing costs, negotiate with suppliers, and support our international operations.<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Position Overview</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">The Procurement & Vendor Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing requests across multiple countries, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating pricing and payment terms, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring that purchases are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, analytical, and comfortable working with international suppliers and multiple departments simultaneously.<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Manage purchasing requests from departments across Canada and Latin America.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Source products, suppliers, and service providers locally and internationally.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Obtain competitive quotations and compare supplier offers.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, and delivery conditions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Maintain and update supplier databases and preferred vendor lists.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Consolidate purchases to maximize volume discounts.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Assist with sourcing furniture, appliances, hospitality supplies, maintenance materials, branded items, and operational equipment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Prepare purchasing reports and cost analysis for management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Build long-term relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Support international sourcing initiatives, including suppliers in Asia and Latin America.<br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Requirements</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Experience in hospitality, real estate, construction, property management, or a related industry is strongly preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Strong negotiation and communication abilities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Experience with international sourcing and supplier management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Comfortable working with multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Experience working remotely with international teams is an advantage.<br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Obtain a minimum of 2 quotations for purchases above USD 200.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Obtain a minimum of 3 quotations for purchases above USD 5,000.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Track and report cost savings generated for the company.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Maintain supplier response and delivery tracking.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Reduce purchasing costs through negotiation and vendor consolidation.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement documentation.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Ensure timely completion of purchasing requests.<br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">We look forward to meeting highly organized professionals who enjoy negotiation, supplier management, and creating value through smarter purchasing decisions.</span></p>
