font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Position Summary</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">The Owner Statements Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate and timely monthly owner statements for all managed properties across Canada and Latin America.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">This role serves as the bridge between Revenue Management, Operations, Distribution, and Accounting teams to ensure owners receive transparent financial reporting, accurate payments, and exceptional service.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Prepare monthly owner statements for all managed properties.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Validate gross revenue from all booking channels including direct bookings, OTAs, and corporate accounts.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Verify commissions, management fees, and deductions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Ensure owner statements are delivered within the established monthly deadline.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">3+ years of experience in accounting, property management accounting, hospitality finance, or owner reporting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Experience working with PMS systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, or similar platforms.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
