Night Shift Warehouse Manager

THREE DAY WEEKEND (Full-Time) - Shift if Monday-Thursday 7pm - 7am

The successful candidate for this position will be able to efficiently manage night shift floor operations and lead a staff of 30+ people in a structured and resourceful manner.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, coordinate, and synchronize the following operational functions:
• Administration of the PickRight server and applications
• Assignment and logging of PickRight equipment computers, printers, and labels
• Truck preparation
• Late driver check-in for product returns and turn-in review
• Order picking, packing, and auditing via PickRight
• Truck loading coordination
• Loading setup
• LoadRight application execution
• Load completion (photograph, lock, and seal)
• Route Out of Stock Report review and back-fill
• Warehouse upkeep product restocking
• Pre- and post-shift warehouse inspection walkthroughs
• Develop, communicate, and enforce company policies and procedures
• Train and certify employees on forklift operation
• Personnel administration, timecard verification, hiring, performance evaluation and disciplinary actions when necessary

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated leadership skills; minimum 4 years leadership experience in a similar operational environment (managing minimum of 25-30 people)
• Experience with staff hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions
• Night shift work experience
• Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc)
• Forklift operation certification (including lock-out/tag-out experience and ability to train others for certification)
• Strong mechanical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic First Aid skills, including CPR is desired
• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
