Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Expert to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram . The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in performance marketing, strong analytical ability, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads, conversions, and strong ROAS through Meta advertising.

This role requires someone who can independently manage campaigns end to end, including strategy, audience research, creative briefing, testing, optimization, reporting, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute high-performing Meta Ads campaigns aligned with business goals such as lead generation, sales, app installs, website traffic, and brand awareness.
  • Build and manage campaign structures across the Meta Ads Manager platform, including campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify high-converting target groups.
  • Develop detailed campaign strategies for prospecting, retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience expansion.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad copy, creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing page messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-backed decisions to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Perform A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze performance trends and provide clear reports with insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketing teams, and stakeholders to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Track and troubleshoot pixel, conversion API, event setup, and attribution-related issues.
  • Stay updated with Meta platform changes, ad policies, audience shifts, and best practices.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with Meta advertising policies and brand guidelines.
  • Support funnel optimization by working closely on landing pages, offers, and conversion paths.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager , Business Manager, pixel tracking, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
  • Proven experience in running campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, services, or other performance-driven businesses.
  • Excellent understanding of campaign optimization, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience scaling.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with conversion tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics, and CRM integrations.
  • Ability to write or guide compelling ad copy and work effectively with creatives.
  • Strong grasp of funnel marketing and customer journey optimization.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with international or Indian markets.
  • Exposure to performance marketing for B2B, B2C, or e-commerce brands.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Canva, or reporting dashboards.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement.
  • Prior experience working remotely with cross-functional teams.
  • Meta Blueprint certifications or equivalent performance marketing certifications are a plus.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory if experience is strong.
