<b>Job Description</b>Job Description<p><b><b>Santa Rosa, CA</b></b><br><b><b>$21-$26/hr (DOE)</b></b><br><b><b>Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM</b></b></p><p><br><b><b> Overtime on Fridays! </b></b></p><p> </p><p><b><b>POSITION SUMMARY</b></b></p><p>The Quality Control Inspector ensures components, subassemblies, and finished medical devices meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is key to maintaining product safety, accuracy, and compliance within a medical device environment.</p><p><b><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></b></p><p> Inspect components, subassemblies, and finished products<br> Identify and address nonconforming materials<br> Perform product testing to verify quality and performance<br> Document results following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)<br> Review Device History Records (DHR) for product release<br> Maintain accurate records and controlled documentation<br> Support calibration and maintenance of test equipment<br> Collaborate with production and quality teams<br> Contribute to continuous improvement efforts<br> Follow cleanroom protocols and procedures</p><p><b><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></b></p><p><b><b>Education:</b></b><br>• AA degree or higher required</p><p><b><b>Experience:</b></b><br>• 3-6 years of Quality Control experience (medical device preferred)</p><p><b><b>Skills:</b></b><br> Mechanical aptitude and measurement experience<br> Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word<br> Ability to read technical drawings & specifications<br> Strong communication and problem-solving skills<br> Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios)</p><p><b><b>Equipment Experience:</b></b><br>Microscope CMM Instron Calipers Micrometers Pin Gauges Snap Gauges</p><p><b><b>WHY JOIN US?</b></b></p><p> 4-day work week (3-day weekends!)<br> Competitive pay<br> Growing medical device industry<br> Team-focused, quality-driven environment</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?PiuXfJjaXqmzh2ibHuTylQp" width="0" height="0">
