What You’ll Do
You will act as the growth partner for leading D2C brands, owning both strategy and outcomes.Client Ownership
- Manage a portfolio of 15–20 e-commerce brands.
- Lead client calls and build strong, trusted relationships.
- Understand core business goals and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
- Identify conversion gaps across the entire funnel (PDP, Cart, Checkout).
- Create comprehensive quarterly Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmaps.
- Recommend high-impact experiments and landing page improvements.
- Convert strategy and ideas into clear experiment briefs.
- Work closely with our internal AI execution team to deploy changes smoothly.
- Ensure all experiments go live and tracking is accurately configured.
- Analyze experiment results and overall website performance.
- Share regular insights and data-backed recommendations with clients.
- Continuously optimize for improved conversion rates and brand revenue.
- Identify organic upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
- Drive account expansion and long-term client retention.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and core conversion metrics.
- Proficient hold of Shopify, Google Analytics (GA), and heat mapping tools.
- Ability to think critically in terms of structured data and experiments.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Direct experience working closely with Shopify or high-growth D2C brands.
- Previous exposure to CRO and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience working within client agencies or high-growth startups.
