Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $125,600 - $157,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $125,600 - $188,400. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan of up to a 15% Bonus Target. Employment Logistics: The IT & Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for helping protect the organization’s systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. This role develops and maintains security policies, monitors environments for vulnerabilities and suspicious activity, supports incident response and remediation, and helps ensure alignment with applicable compliance and regulatory frameworks. The Engineer also works closely with IT teams to integrate security into systems and applications, manage security tools, and promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
