We’re looking for a technically sharp, process-driven individual who thrives on setting up and configuring complex systems to join our Implementation team. As an Implementation Specialist II, you’ll spend most of your time executing continuous, high-volume project setups and configuring our platform to meet each production’s unique requirements. This role is for someone who loves working inside sophisticated software, mastering its full range of customization options, and delivering precise, accurate setups at scale. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Execute a high volume of complex, multi-layered software project setups and configurations based on each production’s unique requirements</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Manage inbound setup requests and written support tickets, prioritizing accuracy and throughput across concurrent projects</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Utilize Asana checklists and follow protocols for each project setup</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Utilize the Intercom ticketing system to track, organize, and complete setup requests efficiently</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Training and providing ongoing support to new Implementation Specialists to assist with setups</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Occasionally support Technical Account Management by providing technical input on setup accuracy; primary client-facing communication is handled by account managers</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Partner with the Digital Project Manager on internal audits and project checklists to maintain setup quality and consistency across the platform</li></ul><h2 style="line-height:1.2;">WHO YOU ARE</h2><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Bachelor's degree</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with complex, configurable software platforms (e.g., ERP, payroll, accounting, project management, or production systems): 2+ years</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Software implementation/Project Onboarding: 1+ years</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">The ability to hold oneself accountable for completing one's own tasks correctly</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Self-monitoring, self-aware, and self-correcting</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A systematic, process-oriented approach to work, you take pride in getting configurations exactly right, every time</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Genuine interest in becoming a deep technical expert in GreenSlate’s platform, you want to know every setting, option, and configuration available</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Demonstrated experience navigating and configuring complex, multi-layered software systems, the more customizable the platform, the better</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus!</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong written communication skills, you can translate technical setup details clearly and concisely in written form</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Extremely focused and detail-oriented</li></ul> WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Compensation that reflects your value: Competitive salary packages tailored to your experience with opportunities for regular reviews and raises</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comprehensive Benefits: Benefits that go beyond the basics, including a matching 401(k), Employee Assistance Program/mental health support, accident insurance, wellness discounts and perks through the Holisticly platform</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Full-Time Remote Flexibility: Enjoy working remotely with all the tools and support needed to stay connected and productive</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Impactful Work: Be part of projects that make a difference in the entertainment industry, with a direct influence on shaping our future and making tangible change</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A Thriving, Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values open communication and creativity.
