Job Description:

  • Design, build, and optimize advanced HubSpot workflows that automate processes across Sales, Onboarding, and Client Success.
  • Configure and maintain ticket pipelines, client status automations, Service Hub settings, and Knowledge Base architecture.
  • Translate business processes and SOPs into scalable automation solutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and system enhancements.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and third-party business applications.
  • Develop and support custom code actions to extend HubSpot functionality.
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to create reliable system integrations.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate custom solutions and workflow development.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to workflows, integrations, and platform functionality.
  • Maintain the integrity of HubSpot data through regular audits, property management, and database cleanup.
  • Ensure CRM architecture supports accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.
  • Standardize records, properties, and processes to maintain a reliable single source of truth.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance and key business metrics.
  • Generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create documentation, Loom training videos, and process guides to support internal users.
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot resource for troubleshooting, training, and platform best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering and optimizing HubSpot.
  • Current HubSpot certification in Settings, Administration, Reporting, or a related certification.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot Service Hub Professional or Enterprise, including ticket automation, SLAs, workflows, and pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot architecture, including objects, properties, associations, pipelines, permissions, and reporting.
  • Proven experience building advanced multi-branch workflows and automation.
  • Experience building or supporting integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and custom code actions within HubSpot.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar scripting languages is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Slack, Loom, and project management platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
