Architect Lead</strong> who can own client implementations from discovery through delivery while mentoring junior consultants.</p><p>If you enjoy solving CRM challenges, designing scalable automation, and working directly with international clients, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p>What You'll Do</p><p>You'll lead end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects and ensure every client receives a clean, scalable CRM built around their business processes.</p><p><br></p><p>CRM Implementation</p><ul><li>Configure Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Custom Objects and Associations</li><li>Create custom properties and field mapping</li><li>Configure pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead statuses and views</li><li>Build forms, lists, emails and reporting dashboards</li><li>Perform CRM migrations, imports and data cleanup</li><li>Configure permissions and user access</li></ul><p>Automation</p><p>Design and implement workflows for:</p><ul><li>Lead routing</li><li>Sales automation</li><li>Marketing automation</li><li>Customer onboarding</li><li>Deal progression</li><li>Ticket automation</li><li>Internal notifications</li><li>Task creation</li><li>Email sequences</li><li>SMS triggers</li><li>Data synchronisation</li><li>Lifecycle management</li><li>Lead qualification</li><li>Renewal reminders</li></ul><p>Integrations</p><p>Work quality</li><li>Share HubSpot best practices</li><li>Help build scalable internal processes</li></ul><p>Required Experience</p><p>We're looking for someone with strong practical experience
