Analyze data to identify performance issues and implement corrective actions. </li><li>Partner with vehicle- and equipment-using departments to understand operational needs and establish processes that align fleet execution with business objectives. </li><li>Communicate and collaborate with Business Unit leadership, operations management, operators, vendors, contractors, and internal support teams to address fleet issues impacting service delivery. Ensure timely issue resolution. </li><li>Identify and coordinate the recovery of underutilized fleet assets. Evaluate asset condition and determine appropriate redeployment, retirement, or disposal actions. </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, preventive maintenance schedules, DOT and ANSI inspection requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. </li><li>Coordinate with contracted call-center operations to review and authorize repair and maintenance requests through approved supplier networks. Assess vendor performance and drive continuous improvement. </li><li>Monitor fleet asset performance and resolve operational, quality, and safety issues in collaboration with users and suppliers.
