We break rules, take risks, and explore new creative paths to help clients create work that feels current, distinctive, and culturally relevant.</p><p><br></p><p>Role Description</p><p>This is a contractor, remote role for a Figma Weave Artist, also known as a Weavy Artist.</p><p>The artist will use Figma Weave / Weavy to design, build, and refine AI-driven image and video workflows. This role is focused on generative media, visual experimentation, prompt-to-video workflows, image-to-video workflows, node-based systems, and the creation of polished creative assets for commercial, branded, and entertainment projects.</p><p>The ideal candidate has strong visual taste, experience working with AI video and image tools, and the ability to turn creative direction into repeatable, production-ready workflows.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Design and build node-based creative workflows in Figma Weave / Weavy.</p><p>Create AI-generated video, image, motion, and visual development assets.</p><p>Work with reference imagery, prompts, model outputs, camera direction, style direction, and iterative refinement.</p><p>Compare and combine outputs from multiple AI models to achieve stronger creative results.</p><p>Develop repeatable workflows that can be reused across campaigns, concepts, and production needs.</p><p>Collaborate with creative directors, producers, editors, designers, and VFX artists.</p><p>Take feedback quickly and refine work toward a specific visual target.</p><p>Maintain organized files, workflows, references, and output versions.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Strong experience with Figma Weave / Weavy or similar node-based AI creative tools.</p><p>Experience with AI image and video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Luma, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, or similar platforms.</p><p>Strong visual taste and understanding of composition, lighting, motion, camera language, and cinematic image-making.</p><p>Ability to create and refine prompts for image, video, motion, and style consistency.</p><p>Experience working with reference images, image-to-video workflows, video enhancement, upscaling, cleanup, and iteration.</p><p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote production environment.</p><p>Strong communication skills and ability to explain creative decisions clearly.</p><p>Motion design, VFX, editorial, design, or commercial production experience is a plus.</p><p>Prior work on branded content, advertising, entertainment, automotive, fashion, product, or experiential projects is a plus.</p><p>This is not a UX/UI design role.
