Dynamics CRM QA Analyst

<p><span style="font-weight: bold">JOB SUMMARY:</span></p> <p>We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with solid experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, including test design, scripting, and execution.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.</li> <li>Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of CRM modules and custom components.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure coverage.</li> <li>Execute test cases, document defects, and verify fixes.<br></li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.</li> <li>Provide accurate test reporting and ensure adherence to QA best practices.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p> <ul> <li>4–5 years of experience in QA testing, including at least 2+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM projects.<br></li> <li>Knowledge of CRM business processes such as Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.</li> <li>Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for scripting automated tests.</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.</li> <li>Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p>**Please note: This role is open for India and Philippine based candidates**</p>
