Design and standardize digital workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across all operational processes. Develop and implement training programs for employees on remote work best practices and digital tools. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of remote operations and digital workflows. Collaborate with IT and HR departments to ensure the necessary infrastructure and support systems are in place for remote employees. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or remote workforce management. Proven experience in designing and implementing digital workflows and optimizing operational processes. Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams in a remote or hybrid environment. Strong understanding of collaboration and communication technologies (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Trello). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and change management skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting. Experience developing and delivering training programs.
