Requisition ID<br><br>2026-4468 <br>Job Summary<br><br><div style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;"><p> </p><p>Artemis is seeking a Communications and Marketing Specialist to develop communications and product-marketing content that drives awareness and adoption of government program capabilities among current and potential users. This role delivers consistent, on-brand messaging across channels and supports the client’s change management and product marketing strategy.</p><p> </p><p>The Communications and Marketing Specialist is a self-starter, proactive problem-solver, and action-oriented team player with strong strategic communications and product marketing experience. This position requires an individual committed to superior client service, poised under pressure, with a positive and flexible attitude.</p><p> </p><p>This is a contingent hire position. Offers will be contingent upon client approval, ability to meet security requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award).</p><p> </p><p>Remote work is anticipated. However, occasional travel for client engagements may be required.</p></div> <br>Primary Responsibilities<br><br><div style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;"><ul><li>Create communications products that engage stakeholder audiences, such as case studies, infographics, promotional materials, and briefing decks.</li><li>Revise and provide content that delivers consistent key messages across appropriate channels, aligned to branding, messaging, and digital/social media strategies (news and impact stories, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, presentations, and web copy).</li><li>Market capabilities to existing and potential users and help create, manage, and implement the product marketing strategy.</li><li>Support the annual Product Marketing Strategy deliverable.</li><li>Support change management by helping create and maintain a change management process, evaluating communication methods for process-improvement opportunities, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with proposed changes.</li><li>Provide communications and marketing inputs to the Analysis of Alternatives report upon Government request.</li><li>Participate in meetings to discuss and prioritize new communications activities and plans.</li><li>Contribute to the Communications Plan and Communications Dashboard metrics.</li></ul></div> <br>Minimum Qualifications<br><br><div style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;"><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years of strategic communications and product marketing experience.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Federal client experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).</li><li>Demonstrated change management experience.</li><li>Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/public trust determination.</li><li>Legal authorization to work in the U.S.</li></ul></div> <br>Desired Qualifications<br><br><div style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;"><ul><li>Strong critical thinking, analytical and time management skills.</li><li>Proven ability to organize, prioritize and work well with others.</li><li>Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas and solutions logically both written and orally.</li><li>Ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to receive feedback from clients and implement changes quickly and effectively.</li><li>Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues.</li><li>Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p></div>
