administration.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of COBRA regulations and compliance requirements.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience supporting client implementations and ongoing service delivery.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to maintain accurate documentation of client configurations, workflows, risks, exceptions, and repeatable SOPs.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong
