In this role, you won't be running day-to-day accounting or managing long-term accounts. Instead, you will be the architectural bridge that creates and leads a seamless implementation process for new clients and expanded services. You’ll take the baton from sales and design the roadmap that sets our clients up for long-term success.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">What You'll Do Here:</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <ul> <li>Lead the Roadmap: Own and drive onboarding plans, timelines, and cross-functional team tasks.</li> <li>Design the Setup: Coordinate the collection of essential setup details, from system access and banking to payroll and workflow requirements.</li> <li>Set Teams Up to Win: Partner with internal leaders to ensure receiving teams are fully prepared and workflow expectations are crystal clear before a project wraps up.</li> <li>Evolve the Process: Continuously refine our onboarding checklists, templates, and tools while proactively keeping leadership ahead of any timeline or scope risks.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">What You Bring:</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <ul> <li>The Right Background: Professional experience in project management, implementation, professional services, nonprofit operations, or accounting operations.</li> <li>The Toolkit: Exceptional organization skills, clear communication, and a knack for building highly functional process documentation.</li> <li>Bonus Points: Familiarity with AP, payroll, donation processing, or client service workflows is a huge plus.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">The Perks & Culture:</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <p>This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
