delivering Workday solutions that support the University's future needs.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Working alongside subject matter experts, Workday Functional Leads, implementation partners, and project specialists, you'll help translate business requirements into practical solutions that deliver real value.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">You'll engage with stakeholders across the University to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful implementation of Workday.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, bring:</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">• Experience as a Business Analyst delivering projects in complex organisational environments, including working on a Workday HCM.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">• Familiarity with Workday modules (e.g. HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent and Performance, Time Tracking).</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">• Experience of understanding and transforming Job Architecture and Organisation structures preferred.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Experience with Job Architecture and Organisation
