<h2 class="jdheading"> What You'll Do</h2> Independently complete daily operations, perform data analysis, and fulfill ad hoc requests to ensure high-quality, reliable data and accurate sales attribution across the global sales lifecycle. Maintain data integrity and security across systems, handle exception requests, and provide operational support for projects, and processes in diverse operational environments.</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to distribution efforts through involvement in projects, process reviews, and system adjustments. Experience in Data Analytics and Data Governance is required.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of professional experience in investment or mutual fund operations, or a related area, is preferred.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, time management, and communication abilities.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High level of precision and carefulness with the capability to deliver accurate and timely information.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Capability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a dynamic setting with urgent deadlines and minimal direct oversight.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong ability to prioritize and adapt as business needs evolve.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to build strong working relationships, show flexibility, and effectively interact with internal and external contacts at all levels.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li></ul> We are also open to hiring at the next level, if the candidate has all the qualifications above, as well as the additional listed below. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
