<h1 style="margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:8px;">Position Summary</h1>We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration, deployment, and integration of ADP Workforce Now for a U.S.-based nonprofit organization. This engagement requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage the complexities of a hybrid workforce — combining domestic payroll employees with international non-paid staff — and ensure a seamless, bidirectional data integration between ADP Workforce Now and Sage Intacct.<h1 style="margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:8px;">Organization Overview</h1>The organization is a nonprofit with a global footprint, currently comprising approximately 165 employees:<ul style="margin-bottom:5px;"><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">75 U.S.-based employees processed through ADP payroll.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Approximately 90 international employees onboarded as non-paid employees within ADP, ensuring the platform serves as the organization's single system of record for all personnel.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">All employees are exempt-status; the organization does not employ hourly staff.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">The Time & Attendance module will be utilized primarily for time-off request management rather than time-tracking.</li></ul><h1 style="margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:8px;">Key Responsibilities</h1><h2 style="margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:5px;">System Implementation & Configuration</h2><ul style="margin-bottom:5px;"><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Lead end-to-end implementation of ADP Workforce Now, including system setup, module configuration, and workflow design.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Configure ADP to accommodate both U.S. payroll employees and international non-paid employee records, maintaining data integrity across both populations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Establish ADP Workforce Now as the authoritative system of record (source of truth) for all employee data organization-wide.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Configure the Time & Attendance module to support time-off request workflows appropriate for an all-exempt workforce.</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:5px;">Sage Intacct Integration</h2><ul style="margin-bottom:5px;"><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Design and implement a reliable, accurate data feed between ADP Workforce Now and Sage Intacct to support financial reporting and general ledger requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Collaborate with the finance team to map employee and payroll data fields between platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's chart of accounts and reporting structure.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Conduct thorough testing of the integration, validate data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies prior to go-live.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Document integration specifications, data mapping, and ongoing maintenance procedures.</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:5px;">Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration</h2><ul style="margin-bottom:5px;"><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Develop and manage an implementation project plan with clearly defined milestones, deliverables, and timelines.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Serve as the primary point of contact for ADP and liaise with internal HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders throughout the implementation process.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Facilitate training sessions for HR and administrative staff on ADP platform functionality.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project delivery.</li></ul><h1 style="margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:8px;">Qualifications</h1><h2 style="margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:5px;">Required</h2><ul style="margin-bottom:5px;"><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Demonstrated experience implementing ADP Workforce Now, with specific expertise in multi-population and multi-jurisdictional configurations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Proven experience integrating ADP Workforce Now with Sage Intacct or comparable ERP/financial management systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Strong understanding of payroll processing, HRIS data architecture, and HR compliance requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Familiarity with nonprofit organizational structures and associated reporting needs.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data validation and quality assurance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:5px;">Preferred</h2><ul style="margin-bottom:5px;"><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Experience supporting global or internationally distributed organizations with mixed payroll and non-payroll employee populations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">Prior implementation work within a nonprofit or mission-driven environment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px;margin-left:8px;">ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent professional credential.</li></ul>
