Account Manager (Remote – Evening Shift)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position that involves lead generation, client communication, account management, and project coordination for Zoho consulting and implementation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Apollo.io, email outreach, and other channels.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Follow up with clients, manage project communications, and provide regular updates.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.
• Maintain sales pipelines and help convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Learn Zoho applications, CRM processes, and project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in lead generation, sales, account management, or client servicing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo.io, Fiverr, and other outreach tools.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Zoho ecosystem.
