The environment is supportive—but performance-driven.</p><hr><h3><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Account Growth:</strong> Turn inbound and assigned leads into long-term, multi-order partnerships</li><li><strong>Pipeline Creation:</strong> Prospect into accounts, uncover new opportunities, and expand relationships across departments</li><li><strong>Solution Selling:</strong> Research products, build proposals, and present tailored promotional solutions</li><li><strong>Execution:</strong> Manage quotes, orders, and workflows through Salesforce and internal platforms</li><li><strong>Client Experience:</strong> Own communication from first touch through fulfillment—no handoffs, no excuses</li><li><strong>Internal Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with support teams to deliver efficiently and accurately</li><li><strong>Visibility:</strong> Participate in client meetings, presentations, and occasional industry events</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></h3><ul><li>You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them</li><li>You expand accounts beyond the first order</li><li>You manage a pipeline that actually converts</li><li>You understand that activity drives revenue—and you act accordingly</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>3+ years in promotional product sales (required)</strong></li><li>Proven ability to <strong>hit and exceed revenue targets</strong></li><li>Strong <strong>hunter mindset</strong>—you know how to prospect, not just manage</li><li>Experience growing accounts, not just servicing them</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities without dropping the ball</li><li>Clear, confident communication—written and verbal</li><li>Comfort with tools like <strong>Hubspot, CRM/ERP systems, and Microsoft Office</strong><br><em>(CommonSKU experience is a plus)</em></li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and personal accountability</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $45,000 (varies based on experience)</li><li><strong>Commission:</strong> <strong>Uncapped</strong></li><li><strong>Bonus Opportunities:</strong> Yes</li></ul><p>Your income is directly tied to your output.
